How to use the menstrual cup

Before insertion, fold the cup and gently insert it into the vagina. Once properly opened, the cup naturally adapts to the body and creates a secure seal for comfortable wear.

The cups can be safely worn overnight and provide protection for up to 12 hours, depending on menstrual flow. During your period, simply rinse the cup with clean drinking water after emptying and reinsert it.

After your period ends, thoroughly wash the cups, pour hot water over them or briefly boil them for hygienic cleaning. Then store them in the clean fabric pouch included in the packaging.
