Whoop·de·doo blog authors

The people behind the Whoop·de·doo blog come from a range of fields, united by a shared interest in women’s health, intimacy, the body, pleasure and quality of life. They write about subjects that often go unspoken, approaching them naturally, with respect and humour, and without unnecessary taboos.

Each of our authors brings their own perspective—from product design, marketing, journalism and copywriting to travel, art and personal experience.

Anna is the founder and owner of Whoop•de•doo, as well as a product designer. The brand started out as her university thesis and gradually grew from a student project into an independent Czech brand of intimate products for women.

Anna has shaped Whoop•de•doo from the very first concept to the finished products. In her work, she combines functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics and a sustainable approach to production. Alongside Whoop•de•doo, she also works from her studio on product design, public transport and a range of other projects.

On the blog, she mainly explores topics related to design, the story behind the brand, intimacy, and why she believes it is important to talk openly and without shame about women’s bodies and sexuality.
