Exchanges and returns

We put great effort into making sure your Whoop·de·doo experience is just right the first time around, but we’ve got a solution for those occasions when you need to exchange or return a product.  

Refunds

We’ll refund the full price of your Whoop·de·doo purchase by bank transfer or in cash. You must first withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the product to us in its unopened original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot provide refunds on products that have been opened. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges

Whoop·de·doo yes, but not this one? You can exchange any unopened product for a different one. And of course we’ll settle any difference in the price. See our Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Defect claims

It doesn’t happen very often, but if during the warranty period your Whoop·de·doo product stops working the way it’s supposed to, don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll help you file a claim according to our Terms and Conditions, and we trust you’ll be happy with the result.
