Periods are becoming less of a taboo, but there are still many myths, misconceptions and awkward silences surrounding them. That's why designer Anna Marešová created Přiznej barvu – a podcast series featuring honest conversations with inspiring women about menstruation, intimacy, body awareness and everything we should feel comfortable talking about.
Although Přiznej barvu is available in Czech, its message is universal: honest conversations about periods, intimacy and the female body deserve to be heard everywhere.
Each episode offers a different perspective, a unique life story and an authentic experience. Together, they create a space where sensitive topics can be discussed with openness, empathy and a touch of humour.
The first season focuses on menstruation. Six remarkable women share how their relationship with their cycle has evolved and how these experiences have shaped their lives.
