Birth, part II: introducing the Whoop·de·doo vibrator

Written by: Anna Marešová

On Wednesday 25/11 at the Hauch Gallery in Karlin, we christened the new vibrator Whoop·de·doo. I was quite nervous and tired at the same time, so I'm kind of in a fog and it felt crazy fast. And I find it incredible that everything went according to plan, and that we even had something to christen. This time there were exactly three goddaughters. Our Tonya Graves, Monika Načeva and finally Mardoša, who ended the evening with a fabulous DJ set. I think Monika danced too. Before that, there was a great concert by my favorite band Honza Foukala - Johannes Benz. And I danced again.

I asked Petr Prokop to moderate it, and he took it on very responsibly. And he was just plain fun. Well, even though the preparations were quite exciting at times, like blowing up balloons or fighting with electricity - sausages vs. lights, I think the score: 400 Bernard Ale beers drunk, 350 sausages eaten and 300 cream rolls says it all.

And here goes a huge thank you to all of you, everyone who participated in the preparations. I am completely moved, because it would not have been possible without you.

You were simply great. Simply the most.
